We are in and everyone is doing well. After an incredible breakfast in Phoenix we boarded for the flight to San Jose. Jorge (our guide here) was waiting for us at the airport. With the time change, we came directly to our hotel, did a few introductory games, and ate dinner. The highlight was definitely the papas bravas ("angry potatoes," a common appetizer in Spain. The two gentleman running the hotel are Spanish). Malia even got the recipe! Kids are hopping in bed as we type and looking forward to tomorrow!
